Even with full capacity hotel, we weren’t bothered by noises from hall or neighbors. They have a pet walk area with doggie bags. LOVE that this brand of Hilton hotels are pet friendly. The outdoor seating area and salt water pool are very welcoming. Full kitchenette, lots of cabinets and storage is all good. It’s located conveniently off 400, close to Avalon-but away from road noise. We were only there 14 hours on a road trip and I don't usually complain but this one needs work! ![]() Not to mention the food wrappers and chips covered in ants. ![]() Also the pool is under the vent for the laundry so there was dryer lint on the pool deck. Yikes! Why? Other Home 2 only charge $50. Bizarre! I was also very shocked to be told my small dog would be a extra $75 for the night. after waiting patiently I got my room key and they didn't even tell me my room number. The whole place needs to be cleaned properly! When we got there the 2 ladies at the desk were too busy rudely gossiping about a previous guest issue to greet me and in. There was a old filthy toothbrush laying on the floor along with a chip from a previous guest. The couch had something gross on it along with the hallway carpet. The light under the microwave didn't work. This 3-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk, a business center and free WiFi. Then the door lock didn't work in the bathroom. Located 19 miles from Atlanta History Center, Home2 Suites By Hilton Alpharetta, Ga offers 3-star accommodations in Alpharetta and features an outdoor swimming pool. Not to mention the walls in the room had something on them under the microwave, above the fridge, on the ceiling in the bathroom. I mean diapers pizza boxes, a plunger, and dirty bedding in the hallway. Basic things like trash in the hallways needed to be picked up and when I asked about it she said it was hospitality's job I asked them again several hours later and it was finally taken a hour after that. For a hotel that's only a year and half old it was not clean and desperatley needed a maintenance guy. ![]()
